Pages:
I read _150_____ pages of this book.

Significant Quotes:
p. 646 (on reaching Muslim people with the Gospel) “Perhaps the most damaging mistake of all has been our neglect of Muslims. Hiding behind excuses such as “monolithic Islam,” and “Muslims are resistant to the gospel,” we have invested less than two percent of North American Protestant missionaries in reaching Muslims.”

Reflection:
I must admit that reading the quote I selected above has been convicting for me. I feel the call to reach Muslims with the Gospel but I too am dismayed sometimes when I think about the colossal task it is. Islam seems to be an impenetrable wall. Not to mention, it seems like only a glutton for punishment would attempt such a task. I have heard that whisper in my own mind that reaching Muslims with the Gospel is an impossible task and do not go there. It has been especially helpful reading the articles on “Reaching Muslims with the Gospel” and “On Turning Muslim Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones” just to combat some of my own faulty thinking.
